Our Role
DC Buys Houses is a real estate acquisitions business. We review submitted properties and, where there is a fit, we may make an offer to purchase directly, assign our interest to a partner, or refer the property to a partner buyer. We do not personally purchase every submitted property, and submitting a request does not guarantee an offer.
No Guarantee
We do not guarantee a purchase, a specific purchase price, a closing date, or a response time. Any offer depends on our review of your property's condition, location, and other factors.
Your Representations
By submitting a request, you represent that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to submit the property for review.
No Obligation
Submitting a request and receiving an offer creates no obligation for you to accept. You are free to decline any offer.
