When you submit a property request, DC Buys Houses collects the information you provide, including your name, phone number, email (if provided), property type, location, condition, and any additional details or photos you choose to share. We also collect attribution data such as UTM parameters, referring URLs, and advertising click identifiers (for example, Meta's fbclid) to understand how you found us.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to review your property, contact you about your request, and measure the effectiveness of our advertising. We do not send your property address, notes, repair descriptions, uploaded documents, or sensitive financial information to advertising platforms.
Marketing Consent
Submitting a property request does not require you to consent to automated marketing. If you separately check the marketing consent box, we record the disclosure version, timestamp, and your choice. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text or contacting us.
Advertising and Analytics
We use Meta Pixel and may use the Meta Conversions API to measure ad performance. We transmit only permitted event and matching data, with identifiers hashed where required. We do not place your personal data in URLs or send property details to advertising platforms.
Data Storage and Access
Your submission is stored securely. Only authorized administrators of DC Buys Houses can view lead details and uploaded files. Uploaded photos and documents are stored privately and are not publicly accessible.
Your Choices
You are not obligated to submit a request, and submitting one does not obligate you to accept any offer. You may contact us to request access to or deletion of your information, subject to applicable law.
